Possible reasons for receiving this message include:
  • The date of your computer is set incorrectly - this is the most common problem.
    In Windows double-click the clock in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and ensure the date and time is set as 20/10/2021 07:37:33.
  • Your browser is not set to accept cookies.
    In Internet Explorer click on Tools|Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab, then click the Edit button. Then type https://direct.alliance-healthcare.co.uk into the text box and click the Allow button.
  • You attempt to access a section of the site to which you do not have access.
